Hand Down the best sales guy I have ever met. Darrrick Donnell. If you are looking for any particular bike, like I was. Or if you ever go into "Ride Now" (The Indian Dealership) in Olathe I assure you, that you want to ask for Darrick. Not once was he ever pushy. Nor did he ever try to change my mind on the bike that I wanted. I had been looking for a 2021 or newer (3rd Gen) Suzuki Hayabusa. The first time I walked into the dealership, I met Darrick and told him exactly what bike I was looking for. Darrick explained to me that they didn't currently have one, but if that is what I wanted he would speak to his manager as well as their buyer and ask him to buy one the next time he goes to the auction. While at the dealership I looked around at the bikes they had, sat on a few of them just to see if there was any other bike I liked. The entire time I was there, Darrick stayed close just incase I had any questions but at the same time kept his distance. What a great feeling it was to have the freedom to look around at every bike I wanted to look at without a sales guy standing right on top of me. Fast forward a few weeks and I decided to stop by the dealership again because I was in need of a part for my phone holder on my current bike. As I walked in I ran into Darrick. Darrick greeted me and told me he was finishing up with a customer but he was glad I came in, he had something to show me. He told me to take care of what I came in for but as soon as he finished up he would come find me. or if i finished getting what I came in for, before he was done, to walk out the back door and turn right. I went and found the part I needed and then headed to the back door. Before I made it to the back door through the glass I saw the exact bike I had been looking for. A 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa, white with blue accents. Needless to say, but I now own a Hayabusa! Thank You Darrick !!! I love my new bike!
