Had a great experience with buying a new street glide. I wanted the blue with black and they did a color switch to match what I wanted. Overall great work. Service department also have been great to work with. Parts department needs some work. The older guy in parts department basically said I only know Harley’s from 2007 and older so I can’t help you with knowledge for new bikes. Also completely messed up on all the parts I ordered for my new bike. I had to go online and fix every items id to the ones that fit my bike. Then I met Levi next time I went in there he is awesome. I will only deal with that guy from now on.

Service Advisor, Andy Miles did an excellent job arranging and coordinating the installation of a Stage II Kit on my 2024 Roadglide CVO/ST. Andys advice and technical suggestions, enhanced my understanding and knowledge during this significant upgrade to my CVO. Andys attention to detail and willingness to share information during this process is a sign of a true professional.

So I will give them credit for getting my bike up and running. But what I will not tolerate is an employee thinking they can just do whatever they feel like to my bike and the stickers I places on it. After looking closely to my windshield the sticker I had put for my bikes name seemed off. Well that because an employee thought it would be funny to alter the “R” on my bike. Now what I want is accountability and someone to reach out to mean to tell me who the employee was that thought it was ok to mess with my bike. most of y’all will probably say “oh it’s just a sticker” but it’s in dedication t my wife. So yeah I am so heated over and need answers ASAP. I will be sharing this experience throughout social media

The service is unbeatable here. I started a motorcycle school with them and then nice things kept happening to me. They wanted me to go their store , and show me around the place. The minute i entered the store i was greeted with friendly welcome, girls are amazing here! They prepared 15 percent off on whatever equipment i need. Charlie helped me pick my boots ,she is awesome. I was never able to find comfortable boots. !!!! Daniel showed me everything about the building and even his personal bike and helped me picked my dream Harley model. He puts the bike wheel in the middle his leg and holds on to the handle bar so i can put both my feet on the bike. He is very cool and answers all my questions. Also he is very understanding that i cannot afford one yet. Still he detailed briefed all the feature and functions from lower end model all the way to high end, we browsed used inventory, new inventory and i had a quality time following him around in Rawhide. I had harley experience back in 2011, show room inventory sure updated a lot! Digital instrument on harley looks awesome, it elevated the brand to the new era for sure!!!! I loved the environment and can't wait for the gift basket when my school actually starts! I have been to multiple motorcycle dealers but i have never have such good experience. Love this place The road is quite scary to get out Next day I went back for a gather party, Randle showed me more discounted bikes. I love the environment and people, hoping to afford a Harley soon!
