I purchased a 2015 Harley XG500 from these guys in July and have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. They made my experience so easy between bringing the bike from their warehouse just so I could see it to fixing a very minor issue with the mirror i noticed a week after I purchased it. Bryce had me sit on the bike to get the adjustment of the mirror just right for my height when I brought it in, there was a lot of attention to detail. They completely know what they're doing and are the utmost professional crew. They even put a cellphone mount I purchased from Amazon on it for me and I so appreciated that because I was having trouble putting it on the bike. I 100% recommend this place if you are looking for a Harley. If I ever am in the market for another one, this is the only place I'm going! Fred and crew are great !
Just recently dropped into Monarch to do some inventory browsing after being bombarded by 2-3 daily calls from Harley for two weeks, and ended up purchasing my first cruiser style bike the next day! The entire team was fantastic. Very low pressure sales (if there was any pressure at all?) environment. The guys were great about answering any questions I had, gave me a great trade in value on my ninja (which isn't something you'd expect from a store that doesn't really sell that style bike), and the trip through finance was flawless & efficient. Had a minor concern about the bikes performance after purchase (seemed fuel related), so I stopped in (note: I didn't purchase a warranty) and they asked me to bring the bike back right away and their technician checked it all over for me, after stopping what he was doing to run home for a special tool he would need, and advised me on some of the differences between my new bike & my old bikes operation/performance as well as what I can expect with a new riding style. Their team had me back on the road within a couple hours with my concern fully resolved! They even shot me a follow up message a day later to ensure I was happy and that the bike was running properly. I do not have one single complaint about how our exchanges went, and I don't have any plans of buying/servicing anywhere else moving forward. I just recently purchased a 2017 Kawasaki Vaquero here. The experience was great from the beginning to the purchased process. Matt Handy was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful. I had many questions being an out of state buyer. He was always quick to reply and address any questions I had. When I went to go see the bike, everyone was extremely friendly and made you feel at ease. They are very welcoming and a no pressure zone for sure. Tayla handled all the paperwork when purchasing. She was great and made everything extremely easy for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new motorcycle. Best experience I've had making a purchase on a bike. If you’re looking for a motorcycle or if you JUST HAVE SOME QUESTIONS, maybe you just want to look. WELL LOOK NO FURTHER. This is the place!!! If you want to feel a true experience of buying a motorcycle and not being raked over and felt like your got burnt, MONARCH IS THE PLACE. If you want to see some of the more rarer looking, harder to find, non ME TOO(thanks Matt!) motorcycles, MONARCH IS THE PLACE. If you want to hear a price on a motorcycle that is actually ALREADY priced at market value, MONARCH is the place. Obviously you can see where I’m going with this because I’ve done the experiences for you so let me save you the time and aggravation if I can! So I started first at Monarch and per their advice, since it was our first stop, went to EVERY SURROUNDING DEALERSHIP (included every Harley Davidson Dealer) which was a highly underwhelming yet overly exhausting experience that led me right back to Monarch. At Monarch, it’s not JUST the motorcycles. It’s also the atmosphere, the knowledge, the patience and non pressure to sell you a bike is EVERYTHING. You get your questions answered honestly, great feedback and advice. It’s not like you’re on guard the whole time trying not to get dealt a raw deal. What I found most compelling was how known and respected Monarch is to the local dealerships, ESPECIALLY HARLEY! BTW, John from SeaCoast Harley told me to tell Ernie he says Hi! Sold my nephew a troublesome bike. Brought the bike back multiple times ranging from 2 days after purchasing to within 30 days. Ranging from tail lights not working and a tail light falling off and the seat screw falling off cause it wasn’t tightened and leaking oil from from the stage kit and monarch told us to buy a certain filter and the problem would be solved spent over 500 bucks on the new filter and didn’t fix the problem. Just wasting money. None of the problems were fixed and now looking for a new bike within 2 months of purchasing the bike we bought from Monarch.
