I don’t typically write reviews, but we found a used vehicle through this dealership on Tuesday afternoon. Was listed on cargurus, and their own website for $49, 998 or something like that (I do have screenshots). My husband drove to the dealership Wednesday morning, to look/purchase this vehicle as we have been looking for one and we were very excited to finally find what we were looking for within 45 minutes of us for our family. When he got there the vehicle wasn’t on the lot as we were told there had been a deposit placed on it for hold, okay, that’s great for someone.. they took his information and said they would call if something changed. Within hours of my husband getting home, I got back on their website to see they had changed the price from $49, xxx to $56,xxx and now on Friday, up to $57,998. Just thought people should know when looking at your used vehicles.

I had my Cadillac ATS towed to this dealership after a drivetrain safety failure where the differential bolts were coming out. Only two bolts were left, and when one failed, the entire drivetrain stopped working. Another certified shop even had to temporarily place a bolt just so it wouldn’t take more damage. When I got to Cadillac of Norwood, the service advisor didn’t even put my car on the lift. He still called and said “the car is fine,” which is impossible because parts were coming off. When I told him another shop already inspected it, he later denied I ever said that. My cousin (a mechanic) called and was told they had “no time or room” to inspect the car until next week. Only AFTER I called GM corporate did the dealership finally inspect the vehicle. After that, the same advisor became confrontational, refused me a loaner, and even said “corporate can’t make me” — which is unbelievable considering this was a safety situation. What’s worse is that after reading other reviews, I saw a pattern: – “Never have loaners” – “Said fixed but not fixed at all” – “No contact for 2 days” – “Dealer sucks” – “Sales manager never answers” – “Proceed with caution” – “Terrible service follow-up” (These reviews are public, and my experience matched them exactly.) I am not refusing repairs. I just need honesty and proper handling of a safety issue. The way this was managed — lack of inspection, denial, refusing a loaner, and blaming the customer — is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously, because this could have ended much worse.
