I was referred to Bonnell by a family member for some service on my F150. To say it was a terrific experience would be an understatement. Sue was amazing. She took the time to listen to all the problems I was having so she could document it correctly. Called me with all the options and prices for service in a timely manner and wasnt trying to push the more expensive options. I highly recommend Bonnell for anyone that is looking for proficiency and honesty in service.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Bonnell Ford. I first spoke on the phone with Dimitri. Dimitri was very helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and when I met him, he showed me the F250 XLT that I expressed an interest in. He allowed me to test drive it and then we discussed numbers and trade-in. Dimitri was not pushy or intimidating. The business manager was also not pushy. My over-all experience was very pleasant. I would strongly recommend any potential customer to seek out Dimitri.
