My experience with Max BMW started in 2012 as I made a few visits searching for the right bike. At that time I went with a Ducati Monster from a now closed shop down the road. Fast forward to today and 2 kids later after a few years with no bike....I felt the itch. Big time. After countless hours watching youtube reviews centered on air cooled "cafe racer" type bikes, I focused on a BMW R NineT. I wanted something "modern classic" and "analog" as much as possible. The 2023 R9T option 719 was perfect........and only 4 left in the USA when I made the decision. I knew it was the bike for me. John and Cody were both super helpful, friendly, always smiling, chill, relaxed and informative. Cody helped me through the process (simple) and got me some extra options for the bike. Honestly, the whole BMW brand can be overwhelming for first timers like me but I am so glad I pulled the trigger on BMW. This bike is unreal. The culture around it is second to none. A life game changer for what I wanted, Sebastian in the shop helped me order some "sneaker boots" and Walter took time to talk headers and exhaust and other options I know I will want in the future. Do not deny yourself the visit to Max BMW in NH. The building is stunning, the staff super helpful and the bikes.....top of the line regardless of what you are looking for.
Purchased a used S1000RR this past winter w/ an extended warranty. Through no fault of my own or the dealer, had to make a warranty claim right in the middle of riding season.
