Purchased a brand new bike from the shop. All went smooth until we got the bike home. We paid a $500 dealer setup fee. When we got home the chain was so tight the bike would hardly move when not running and the handlebars literally fell off from all four bolts being so loose. We called the shop the next day to discuss this with the sales manager and nothing was done about this. Dealer setup fee was not refunded nor was anything offered to us for this carelessness. Terribly careless setup on a brand new bike.

Absolutely not. Buy anywhere but here. The salesman when we purchased the 4wheeler brand new was so nice. Customer service past that point has been a disaster. A part was recalled and I took it back to get serviced. Should be free because factory recall, however, that was not the case and I spent $440. Just to get the 4 wheeler home and it not work again. Got quoted an additional 350 to replace something else. Definitely don’t recommend. These people don’t stand behind their products and just want money. Worst experience in a while.

Got a great deal / discount from MSRP on a brand new bike right at the beginning of riding season! Austin answered my questions quick, no one tried to sell me anything extra or up, and the whole process was smooth as heck. Great service department that answered questions about helmets / discussed ordering of custom parts as well.
