What stood out the most was how helpful he was even after the sale. Decided to buy a ford after being a Chevy guy for a long time. Found the truck I wanted and contacted this dealership. Talked to a guy and I decided to drive 2 hours to come get the truck. When I get there they decided to tell me the truck had sold. So they asked if I wanted to look at other trucks and basically said there’s nothing they could do. The irritating part is they didn’t tell me before I drive 2 hours. Not a good experience.
I came in from our of town and had gone for assistance with my ram and was told that I would not have been able to get their help for about 2 weeks. Not Dodge's best moment. Too many service needs and not enough staff. I ended up across from Walmart at a local garage and they were incredibly hospitable.
