I don’t trust anyone else with my Jeep. The service department is so efficient. They’ll have you in and out promptly. The techs are experts. It helps that I was a previous service advisor so I know what to look for. They won’t lie to you nor try to upsell you something you don’t need and they don’t prey on unsuspecting women with car lingo to try and scare you into spending more money. Steve and Amanda the service manager will take care of you. Steve is great at explaining what your vehicle needs and why. Everyone there is so polite and friendly. It’s my favorite service department to date. They also have a very cool Jeep store and cozy lounge with healthy snacks in the vending machine while you wait! Great location with food close by too!
Our 4xe rubicon was purchased from Bournival but had to have the dreaded Battery Recall service (68c) 4xe under the Premier ownership. Wasn’t sure what we would get into but we’re Pleasantly surprised! As painful as the situation is, they very simply swapped the battery, provided a loaner no hassle and performed the replacement service. No issues at all outside of the wait time (not their fault batteries weren’t manufactured yet) and very pleased with the direct response from service and the fact they did what they said they would do. All things considered it was painless and efficient.
