If you are buying a used car here DO NOT trust there promises or claims that the vehicle has been through their service department and received a clean bill of health. Take the car somewhere else for an inspection before you sign anything. I bought an older Kia listed as a clean one- owner car, fully serviced and ready to go with a clean bill of health. Drive it an hour and a half home in the rain and everything seemed fine. Over the next few days of driving we noticed a strong smell of burning oil. Took it to a local shop and sure enough it had a major oil leak from the valve cover. Bad enough that it was running down the backside of the engine, completely coating the oil pan, and had been leaking long enough to have residue buildup on top of the transmission (see pics). There is no way they could have missed this leak while they were changing the oil prior to my purchase. Absolutely no way! So they chose not to fix it and dumped the problem on an unsuspecting buyer. Anyway I promptly called the salesman Tony Robertson and he basically said I knew I was buying a used car and should have had it inspected before purchase like it was my fault. He did offer a refund if I returned the vehicle which was not an option for me since I live over an hour away an work every day except Sunday. So I had the leak fixed at a cost of nearly $400 and learned a valuable lesson. Needless to say my family will not do business with this dealership again (2nd car purchased here).

Great experience. Our saleman Matt Kramer did a great job. Listened to what we were looking for, found it, negotiated a great deal on our trade. The entire process was smooth and quick. Lewis in the finance department did a good job going over all the paperwork for a no pressure purchase. We will definitely trade here again!

I totaled my car this month, and John N. was SO helpful and kind, and made sure I was able to get the car I wanted! He was so patient because I wasn’t able to get to the dealership right away, whereas other dealerships were not willing to work with me that long. When I got there to complete the minimal amount of paperwork left, everyone I spoke to was so kind and made sure the process was quick and smooth. I was nervous because I heard that dealerships will have hidden fees and try to pressure you into spending more money, but that didn’t happen here. I won’t go anywhere else for a vehicle, and I highly recommend John N!!

Byron and all the people over at bob sight are amazing! Knew what I wanted and went there and left with the car same day. Made it super easy. They’re super friendly and really go the extra mile. 10/10 service and would recommend anyone to go here for cars!

They had my daughter's car for over 2 months to repair damaged steering column caused by attempt theft. They returned it with damage that was caused during the time they had the car. Which looks as if air bag has been compromised or damaged. They refuse to take responsiblity claiming that is sun damage. The picture that insurance took before we dropped the car off clearly shows the damage is not there. Verses the picture taken the day we got the car returned 2 months later. Any one with eyes can see that is the airbags lines NOT sun damage. It was not there when dropped off so they are responsible to fix it. ** Update** The GM came through and addressed this situation. He was very nice and respectful and my daughters car was repaired and she was treated very well during the process. This was resolved.
