Tim was great to deal with. He assisted everyday over the phone to get as much done before I made the 1.5 hour drive. I arrived and they did the inspection on my vehicle, and then I test drove my new 350. The signing took maybe 15 minutes and I was on my way. Will definitely use them again in the case we need another vehicle.
My salesman Jerry Hayes was extremely accommodating made me feel right at home made the whole process fun quick and painless. I enjoyed working with Gary Lundy and the dealership in general was clean and accommodating. Just an excellent experience.
Henry was very helpful. - 5 stars for him!!!! However, the car wash crew did not care for the vehicle to the standards one would expect. The bugs on the windows and back of side mirrors were not treated, nor was there any evidence that the was washed other than splashed with water. The windows still had dust residue as did the bumpers. The vehicle actually looked worse after the "wash" then before.
Very good experience, had a great salesman and love the car that I got. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Was very pleased with everything. All the people at Bell Ford were really nice. Will go there again for my next car Sincerely, Mrs. Sharon A. Fritz
