This review has been pending for quite some time. The showroom and service center recently moved to a new, convenient location, which is well-organized and easy to access. We bought our BMW from this showroom last year, and I've been a happy customer ever since. Special mention to Blerim, more than a year later, he's still in touch and available if we need any help. Blerim and his manager were extremely helpful in guiding us through the purchase, with no pressure, just honest advice and support. I recently scheduled a routine service appointment on a weekend. It was busy, and no donor cars were available. I had some technical concerns, and they advised that a specialized technician is available only on weekdays, so a full-day appointment was needed to properly resolve the issue. The team has always been professional, attentive, and thorough. After a year of visits, both for purchase and service, I've consistently received excellent care. I highly recommend this showroom and service center to anyone looking for reliable BMW service, support, and a great car-buying experience.
