Randy Kaufman was the best salesman i could ask for. From the moment I came in he was helpful and professional. He treated me with kindness and I felt that he did everything he could to not only put me in the perfect vehicle but to make sure I got the best deal possible. When my 3 year lease is up I hope to be able to discuss my next vehicle with Randy again.
It's hard to trust places anymore. I had a very bizarre experience last summer until the fall where my car was in the shop every other week, it flagged my warranty company, and my warranty company and I decided that I needed to go elsewhere. I'm glad I chose Ballas Buick GMC. Kind considerate people, they get the job done right the first time. Thank you so much.
Overall I'm very happy with my experience with Ballas GMC. I recently leased a truck there and Dana was my sales person. She was very patient and after exploring several vehicles and many options she found one that met my goals and was within my price range. There was some miscommunication along the way and her and the manager made sure to get it addressed and they fixed the issue at their expense which I appreciated. Dana deserves a difficult customer medal as I was not the easiest customer's she had but she did a great job helping to navigate all of it and she found me a truck I am really enjoying that isn't what I would have picked out without her guidance. I appreciate the patience everyone had with me. I also appreciate that others, like Amy, stepped up to resolve things along the way and it didn't all fall on one person. I'm very happy in my new GMC Sierra thanks to Dana and the team at Ballas GMC.
