Let me start by saying I really wanted to give this place a chance because I wanted to support this smaller dealership compared to the bigger/nicer ones on the same street. I came in and wanted to take a 2014 Subaru for a test drive, and right of the bat I sensed something was off because the only person in the office was a kid no more than 15 maybe 16 years old and from the other room every so often this older short chubby guy would barely peak out through the door to see what was going on. Now I don’t know the laws around child labor in this state but this didn’t seem right so I asked to see his manager just to be sure and after much refusal from the kid, he brought out that same man who was in the other room. Again, I wanted to give them a chance but once this man came out it stunk like alcohol and it was very clear this man (he said his name was Vlad) was under the influence and in no condition to answer any questions I had about the car. He also had very limited english which usually doesn’t bother me but with the alcohol it made it very hard to understand him and he was very rude. I left without going on a test drive and will be supporting a different business now.
