Austin was fantastic. Just a no fuss transaction that was absolutely seamless. At no point did I feel I was dealing with a salesman just a regular dude with answers for all of my many questions. There were no games, they were very transparent and easy to figure the financing with on the fly, and just no drama or pressure involved. Austin was really helpful in getting to understand and make an informed choice about this my first EV purchase. This made the decision to get this car much easier, especially on a day my old car actually broke down on the way over, throwing the day into chaos. The team’s efforts were much appreciated! I am actually surprised that I am writing this review. My first experience with Bachman VW was in 2013 when I purchased a Jetta. In 2015 I took my mom Bachman VW for a new CC after my dad passed away. Service was top notch again. Now, ten years later I purchased a new to me 2023 Subaru Impreza Sport. Low miles and absolutely beautiful. Once I did a test drive I knew it was the car for me. After some negotiation, I was able to get close to the price I wanted on New Year’s Eve. No pressure and the paperwork was easy: Highly recommend!
