Second Ram bought from this dealership. Keith J , the general manger is honest and a great guy. Easy to work with and fair. Easy process from 2 hrs away. I’ve called three times asking for a quote to get my heated steering wheel fixed in my 2021 Ram 2500. They told me with it being a diesel truck, they do not have any diesel technicians on site. I explained to them that it is only the heated steering wheel needing fixed not a diesel related item. They said again they do not work on diesel equipment and referred me to someone else in the shop to ask the question. Whoever this is will never answer the phone and it’s a repeating process. Look somewhere else for anything if this is how they treat people.
I would give negative stars if I could. They are charging $125 for a full synthetic oil change. The Mopar website has two for $130. They claim that they do not participate in the Mopar coupons. However, they have Mopar dealer posted everywhere. I tried talking to the manager about it, but he would not even come out and speak with me. Just said that they do not honor that coupon. false advertising!
Took my vehicle in for some work in the service department to get some trim replaced on my vehicle which was brand new 2023 dodge durango. During this process one of the technician damage my vehicle and left a huge dent on the door. While Bachman said they would fix the damage they have not. I have tried calling several times and spoke to Ryan and another manager and have still have not gotten the issue fixed.
Terrible purchase and service is a joke. I waited one month for an appointment, show up and drop off on time 8am Tuesday. Called them today, finally got a call back right now and they said they hadn’t even looked at it. They cannot say when they will be able to look at it. That’s the reason for an appointment. I shouldn’t have this many issues with my new car to begin with let alone deal with this crappy service! Never buying again! #bachmanautogroup #jeep
