I rented from them for a year which cost me over 17k Euros. The car was returned with barely a mark on it and considering it was a year of rental there was only a few scratches on the rim's due to them being bigger than the tyre. Almost impossible to have delivered the car in any better condition. Anyway, they use their mechanics to make a quote on repairs and refused to pay back the 1.5k deposit saying they needed to change the door and all sorts of nonsense. While at the airport I recorded my conversation with the staff of AutoHub and they agreed this was an error and would be fixed as the car waas almost in mint condition. When I return to Moldova I will be prosecuting based on the photo evidence and the conversation with the staff. Be cautious dealing with this company.

I lived out of state but found a vehicle here. The owner made the process so simple and smooth for me. Gave me a nice warranty and exhibited the utmost pleasant customer service. I drove almost 2 hours to this location and would highly recommend purchasing and using their vehicle services.
My friend got a car from here and the experience was fine up until she had to turn them tags in. Come to find out Moe decided that he wasn’t going to pay the taxes to MVA. She had to go to 3 different MVA buildings to get anything resolved. Just a heads up to anyone buying. They are a bit shiesty unfortunately.
I would not recommend Auto Hub MD to anyone. My experience buying a car from them was dreadful. Despite the car supposedly passing state inspection, it required new hub bearings, brakes, rotors, and both front lower control arms, among other issues. When I discovered that the vehicle needed significant repairs, nothing was done about it. Additionally, I had to wait over two months to finally receive the title for the vehicle. When the engine developed problems, I contacted the warranty company included with the purchase, only to find out the warranty was never activated because it hadn't been paid for. After expressing my frustration, Moe eventually paid for the warranty, but it seems the warranty is just part of their sales pitch. Moe seems like a really good guy, but the cars and overall experience leave much to be desired. If you decide to buy from them, make sure to verify that the warranty is active before finalizing your purchase and be prepared for potential delays with the title.
