We had a very disappointing experience with this dealership due to poor communication and a complete lack of follow through from Lucas Bentley. We were in active discussions on Saturday about purchasing a specific vehicle. We were told we would receive confirmation by 9 am Monday so we could plan to arrive around noon to complete the purchase. We made it very clear that we are not local and needed confirmation before making the drive. Based on that assurance, my husband took time off work and we arranged our day accordingly. When 10 am passed with no communication, we began calling the dealership because our travel window was limited. We spoke with multiple employees, including Rob the manager, who told us Lucas was not even scheduled to be in until noon. No one seemed to have any information about the vehicle. Rob said he would look into it. When we spoke with him again later, he still did not know which vehicle we were referring to and had not taken any steps to investigate. He did not ask for a stock number or VIN, and there was no follow up. We were left to piece things together ourselves. After continued calls and no answers, we contacted the other dealership location directly and learned that the vehicle had actually sold on Saturday and had never been transferred. This is especially frustrating because we had originally said that location was closer and preferable to us, and Lucas told us it was too late to purchase it there. At no point was any of this communicated to us proactively. We only received clarity after we informed Rob of what we had uncovered on our own. By that point, the damage was done. We had rearranged our schedules and taken time off work based on information that was either inaccurate or never verified. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and accountability. Instead, we were left chasing answers and discovering the truth ourselves. It was a complete waste of our time and completely unnecessary. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. Reliable communication and follow through are essential in a major purchase, and unfortunately we did not receive either here.

I had such an amazing experience working with Jerry & Stacy. Im in another state over 700 miles away, and they made this process pretty seamless. Even Travis, their finance manager helped me understand my warranty information. Aside from a small hiccup in the transport, they were swift and very diligent. I admire how often Jerry called, texted and emailed to keep me updated on the process. He even called me on his off day to make sure I felt at ease, again being over 700 miles away! 5 stars for this wonderful establishment and honestly, I’d get another vehicle from them.

Richard Harris was my sales consultant. He was very professional, very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He definitely made me feel very comfortable with the whole process it was almost like I was dealing with a family member. Truly pleasant experience from him along with the sales staff. Okay, I had took my 2013 GMC Yukon. In for service 2 months ago, they did a excellent job. I hurt my pockets a little bit but I guess it was worth it. The truck is still running very well. Trying to keep up with the oil change and everything I just want to say. Thank you to the service managers. In all the mechanics To me, what's the best service? Kind of a big bite out of my pocket, but something that had to be done, and I just want to say thank y'all.

Our 3rd purchase from AutoNation in Laurel, MD. Have always left happy with our purchase and with the deal we received. The associates are pleasant to work with and respectful of our time. Richard Harris was a pleasure to work with and Moises in the Service department has been great as well.
