It was a great experience with Al packer's services today. I made a call yesterday for my Ford explorer oil change and I was scheduled for this morning. It was a quick service, great environment, warmth welcoming, very knowledgeable staffs, money saved service. I am very satisfied.
Just bought a 2025 Ford Explorer St-Line this weekend and the service was great. I was greeted right away and I was in and out of the dealership within 2.5 hours driving home in a new car! Everyone was friendly and they didn’t try to haggle you into anything. They just gave you the options and let you make the choice.
Just bought a 2025 Maverick. I called up Del in finance ( who was recommended to me from another small business owner like myself) letting him know exactly which truck I wanted from the website. He sent me most everything I needed via text and email and took care of everything. I stopped by the dealership 2 hours later and was in and out in under 20 minutes handling all paperwork. I came back a few hours later to pick up the truck and Del met me out front with the keys and I was on my way. Very streamlined and easy process. I plan to come back time and time again as my business/fleet grows and will recommend Del and Al Packer to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.
Dealerships often get a bad reputation, but my experience here completely changed my mind. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Sales (Bronco Purchase) I recently purchased my Ford Bronco from this location. Despite having less-than-perfect credit and trading in a car with negative equity, the team worked magic. I walked out with the exact car I wanted at a fantastic price. My salesman was absolutely fantastic, and the finance team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Service (Ford Escape Repair) Their excellence extends far beyond the sales floor. I also own a used Ford Escape and took it in for a major repair. I was prepared to pay, but Jimmy, the Service Advisor, went above and beyond. He worked tirelessly and managed to get the major repair covered under warranty! I was truly astonished by their dedication to customer care
Tom and Jimmy were fantastic. Very professional and exceptionally easy to work with. I would recommend that if you're in the market, go see Tom, he will take care of you. At no point did I feel pressured like I have in the past at other dealerships. We ended up buying two vehicles, and my buddy purchased one the following day. I will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future. I also wanted to add that Mike in the service department did a great job as well.
