Mixed feelings on our experience. Our sales person Andrew was very nice and not high pressure. The financial rep Austin was knowledgeable and very efficient. However, I was not happy after having my credit run which is excellent and then being offered a high 6.9% interest rate and only after arguing that we’d been offered 2.9% at another dealer did we get the lower rate. Then we “bought” permaplate which is applied to protect the paint in the vehicle. It was extra and were told to bring it back a week later to have it applied. We were told that the application would take about 45 minutes. However, a week later when we came back, everyone seemed confused and said it was “already put on the vehicle “. I feel like we’ve been gaslit and that the vehicle already came with it, yet we were charged extra. Be careful here with the add ons and financial scams where they try to get you to agree to monthly payments without knowing the interest rates. It’s frankly insulting.
I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our buying experience at Autofair Volkswagen of Nashua. Contacting them online and having them call me back was extremely quick. They put us into a vehicle we are very happy with. Brandon our sales representative was so awesome amd patient amd answered any and all questions we had and knew the vehicle as well!
