My recent experience with Suzanne was nothing short of disappointing. Her behavior was unprofessional, unnecessarily rude, and outright disrespectful. From the beginning of our interaction, Suzanne displayed a complete lack of courtesy or basic communication skills expected from someone in her position. She spoke in a condescending tone, made dismissive remarks, and showed no effort to provide any form of assistance or respect. What stood out most was her attitude — abrasive, unapproachable, and completely lacking in professionalism. Rather than addressing concerns or resolving issues, she chose to escalate the situation through her disrespectful demeanor and poor attitude. It’s deeply concerning that someone representing a business would treat others in such a manner. I definitely will NOT BE BACK TO THIS “ESTABLISHMENT”.
