Just wanted to say that I love these guys! This was our second stop and they had a great inventory of vans. The transaction went smooth and easy and the owner even threw in a roof rack. On the way home, I noticed an issue with the van that I hadn’t picked up on during the test drive. We brought it back in the morning and I didn’t know what to expect since we did buy it, “as is”. Joe N. came out to greet us and the level of genuine concern and empathy immediately put my mind at ease. These guys said they’d take care of us, and boy did they! During every step of the process, Joe kept me in the loop, and we were able to come to an agreement that worked for all of us. Never throughout the entire process did they make me feel the least bit apprehensive. (Sometimes these little hiccups happen, and in this day and age, the level of professionalism, honesty, accountability, and the way they treated us is very, very rare!) Their shop was incredible and took care of the issue immediately. I know they may not have made anything on this deal, but they were more concerned with doing the right thing and making sure we were taken care of OVER any profit margin. Tony, the owner, both Joes, and their lot crew and mechanics are in it for the customer. We will definitely be back and will be referring friends and family because of they way they took care of us. 5 stars, and I’d definitely recommend buying here knowing that they stand behind their vehicles.
