Jesse was great to work with, I met him on a Friday about an hour before close and he took his time to test drive with me. Didn't rush me just was genuinely a good person. 3 weeks later I bought the vehicle.
Fantastic buying experience with Addie. We live 9 hours from this dealership, but it was worth every mile. Every request for additional information and pictures (and I had many), Addie provided with a "can do" attitude and no sales pressure. After driving that many hours and to have the agreement be exactly what was agreed on and no "surprises", was so appreciated. All employees, from sales to finance, were wonderful to deal with. We would buy from them again without hesitation. Update: After having the vehicle two weeks, an issue presented that neither we, nor the dealership, could have foreseen. Upon calling them, without hesitation, they provided us with reimbursement to fix the issue. This kind of customer service is rare these day, and was very much appreciated.
I recently purchased a Sierra AT4 from Baglier and I know everyone’s experiences differ but for me this was by far the best. Rich Kelly and Mark Keene were amazing to work with and like I’ve read in another review I never felt like they were trying to “close the deal” with me. Great experience great price and when it comes time for another Baglier will be my one and only choice. Thanks to everyone involved for the great experience!!!!
