I had a great first truck buying experience with Jerry from their sales team back in 2023. They made me a really fair trade in offer on my 2013 Honda Accord. Got a great deal on a 2021 preowned GMC Sierra. Fast forward two years, I had to take it in for servicing and they coordinated with me quickly to get me in a short term loaner so I didn’t have to take any time off of work.
Never serviced the truck. Sent it somewhere else to get inspected and that place didn’t look it over. Had a few issues and never did maintenance. Told the finance guy I wanted a new plate. He transferred it instead and 3 weeks later I had to renew the plate. Super inconvenient. Never washed it for me. The young management there are liars. When I spend 60k I’d think a place could do better.
