We looked locally. We rode the car dealership strips in Salisbury, Glen Burnie and Dover DE. We looked on Marketplace. We went to the auction in Felton DE. We searched dealerships and did some serious traveling. We went to Virginia, Pennsylvania and Southern Jersey. THEN....we saw ARM Motors advertisng a truck we thought we might be interested in. We arrived to what appears to be a small lot in Dundalk. The lot contained more trucks, in better condition than we had seen anywhere else. We were greeted by Juan Melgar. He listened to what we wanted, he asked the right questions, he was the lowest pressure saleman you could imagine. He sincerely only wanted us to get what we wanted and was willing to work with us for as long as it took. He sold us our truck that day! We bought a Dodge RAM 3500 Crew Cab. As with any used vehicle purchase, you take a chance. What could be wrong that either you cannot see, or even worse, has been covered up? With ARM we did not have this fear. They gave us a warranty and then stood behind it when we had a "could have been" issue. Fixed promptly and without any hassle or charge.
