I'm reading all these bad reviews. I can't say the same. I bought a 2017 Subaru Forester two months ago there. I'll admit that I was weary at the low price and high miles. I took a chance. They put new brakes in before I bought it. They went to my insurance agent for me to get the title straightened out. The car has been great. No problems. I keep checking prices thinking I had to get screwed somehow. I couldn't have got that good of a deal. I didn't get screwed. I got a great deal. A great car for a great price. No warning lights are on. It doesn't burn or leak any fluids. Runs and drives great. Thank you if you're reading this. Update. I posted this review two months after buying the car. It`s been over a year now. This car hasn`t given me any trouble at all. I`ve taken it on three long trips. I will confidently drive it anywhere. Any distance. Once again. Thank you for selling me such a great car.
The wife and the husband are scammers! Sold a car knowing that he had a major problem on it, car should have never been on the road at all ! Now he’s avoiding phone calls and he owes over $3800 dollars back. The car was brought back to him and was told the seriousness of the issue with the car, the thermostat in the engine was removed from the car. AND NOW HE HAS THE SAME CAR BACK UP FOR SALE ! CALL BACK AND GIVE US THE MONEY BACK AND TAKE THIS CAR OFF YOUR LISTING THIS IS BEYOND DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. BBB already contacted as well.
Place is ridiculous. They sell you the car and want you to do the leg work for them. They charge extra for helping you look for insurance and then they want you to follow them to get your plates and registration to then tell you oh it’s late we can’t do it. I have bought cars at the Honda, Toyota and Dodge I have never had to pay extra and never had to chase the employees to get plates and registration. I would put the down payment and my car would be all set with plates registration and inspection.
My wife and I were looking for a Honda CR-V for a while. Then I drove by your used car lot and noticed one for sale and stopped. Jose gave us the keys to test drive the car. We liked it very much. The car was a fair price, I would have liked them to drop the price even more than they did. We did good with the purchase price when I checked against True Car and Kelly Blue book. I would recommend anyone to buy a used car from Andrea's!
Jose helped us get a great used car for the money. I highly recommend Jose at Andrea's used cars in Worcester. I wanted to add to this post that the owner came in afterwards and treated us like we were royalty. Pulling up to the Worceter MA used car lot I was not impressed with the looks. To me it looked like a lot of cars on a tiny lot with a small office building and repair bay. When I had mentioned that to the owner he grinned and said " Can I tell you something" He went on to explain how he works hard to keep his overhead and expenses low. This way he does not have to charge $1000's more for a used car compared to the other used car lots and large dealerships. He can sell the same car as the other pre-owned car dealers with larger auto lots for much less. Why? because he does not have their expenses! He puts his money into the cars, and higher wages for his auto repair technicians so the repairs get done right the first time and his customers keep coming back and referring him for more cars sales and repairs. I am very impressed with his business, people, prices, and highly recommend that you visit them before buying or repairing your car any other place.
