Roman, the salesman I dealt with couldn’t have been more relaxed and low key. I had inquired about a car listed online. The exact car I called about was sitting right out front waiting for me. No bait and switch. Roman simply handed me the keys and told me to go check it out. He didn’t try to sell me on any “extra” features the car had or tell me the proverbial story about the little old lady who owned the car previously. No upsells. I expressed interest in the car but explained I needed to have my mechanic inspect it. Roman, unfazed told me that was fine. A few days later I took the car to my mechanic. He found one small defect, something to do with a strut? Anyways, Roman agreed to order the part and do the repair and he was true to his word. I asked about financing which he is able to do, but he advised me that a local credit union could probably give me a better interest rate, and they did. Thanks for that advice, Roman! When I went to pick up the car it was Victor that I finished up paperwork with. He clearly explained which papers I needed for registration and was knowledgeable answering any questions I had. These guys were a pleasure to do business with. Check them out, especially if like a lot of people you are uncomfortable car shopping. No games, no tricks, and no pressure at this place. Dealt with Viktor on a 2010 Toyota Camry. Chatted for probably an hour the night before I was going to make the 1.5hr drive to look at the car. I was concerned about rust after seeing the car came from Long Island New York on the carfax report. I asked for undercarriage pictures and was told to come look at it and crawl under it. He told me there was no rust under the car... I told him I was a mechanic and would be checking the car out. The next morning I messaged that I was on my way, he said ok. I literally was 3 miles away when he messages me " Cars Sold ". WHAT?? He knew I was on the way with my elderly mom and cash and he sold the car right from beneath me! Told me he was sorry but there was a long line of people for that car, how ever never mentioned any of that the night before. I continued on to the dealership to see what else they had as I had already driven 1.5hrs there... I crawled under the Camry and it was heavily rusted, so he lied to me. I was also shocked when I pulled in, as the place is severly run down and not somewhere I would typically purchase a vehicle from.
