My fiance gifted me a 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia early February. On 2/14, I took the car to Alfa Romeo Louisville due to the audio system failure light being displayed. After a day or two of no contact from the service department, I phoned and was sent to David Price who advised a speaker was blown and would need to be replaced however, the part needed to be ordered and would take about 2 weeks to arrive. I called David the first week of March to find out if the part was in. After leaving a message, he called me back within 24 hrs and advised it would not be in until 3/14. After not hearing anything from David, I called him the week of the March 18th and was forced to leave message. After not receiving a call back, I have called each week and have left messages with David Price who has not returned my calls. At this point I feel I am being forced to replace the speaker system with after market products in order to enjoy the audio. In addition, the speaker is currently covered under my warranty, taking the vehicle elsewhere will require me to pay out of pocket.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness from Alfa Romeo. I have called multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. Despite leaving several messages, I have not received a single call back. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frustrating. I expect better communication and prompt responses from a professional organization. Please address this issue immediately.
