The owners and staff are very nice, and able to accommodate the days and times needed for auto service. I spent a lot of money at 2 other garages for an engine light issue, but Aleksa Auto was the only garage to finally get it right, for a lot less than I had paid elsewhere.
Recently bought a car at Aleksa. Was a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be very stressful but I felt confident that I made a good decision especially dealing with the staff here! My first oil change was complimentary! Had a good experience and would refer anyone to Aleksa! The staff in the service department are efficient and I feel that my car is in good hands!
Very easy to make an appointment. George was very nice and helpful. I came in for a state inspection around 3pm, was in and out within 30 minutes. The man at the counter, not sure if that is George, he was very nice and made it a good experience. Sometimes going into a shop as a young woman can be difficult and I’ve dealt with rude people but at Aleska everyone was very nice and I will definitely be back. I especially liked how well the man at the counter treated the people making deliveries & the mechanics - he asked each one how their day was and made conversation. Good experience all around.
Aleksa Auto did an amazing job on my daughter's car with repainting and making this 2007 Honda Accord, that runs like a dream still at 234000 miles, look like brand new again. Great customer service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Steve
