Update: I have contacted this business and asked to please reach out to me regarding these issues and still have yet to hear back. They did a hard inquiry on my credit report. I did not give permission and did not sign anything saying they could do this. I am just now finding out after getting many notifications from credit bureau. Now I have to figure out how to clear this from my credit report. I also did not have a good experience as a young woman going here alone to purchase a car. I “deals” they were trying to give to me made absolutely no sense and I could tell they were trying to take advantage of me. They started off by offering me a price that was loaded with add ons. Next, they offered me a car stating it would be the “same monthly price” as the one I was looking at, but the car was almost $7000 more expensive and the loan length was drawn out an extra few years, making the payments appear to be the same as the one I was looking at. Scummy sales tactics. They should be embarrassed.
