3rd UPDATE: 5 months in and the vehicle started making metallic scrapping noises. Turns out all the breaks already need replacing and I'm waiting to see if the calipers are shot. I'm not sure how a dealership can be ok with selling a vehicle with this level of damage and wear. This has been my worst experience ever with a car dealer. In no way can I ever recommend someone purchase a vehicle from here. The name Affordable is now very ironic. 2nd UPDATE: In under 4 months the car has been deemed a total loss by my insurance. I now have to pursue other options. The car needs a new transmission, CVTs, fuel pump, and wire harness. I was only recently able to get into communication with AMGI. Jack was very defensive, leading to a contentious conversation. He went as far as to state, "It doesn't matter if the issues happened after 1 day, you use the extended warranty, it's why you have it," Eventually, I was able to connect with Wally again and although he couldn't remedy or change my dilemma he continued to be respectful, considerate, and supportive. UPDATE: After my initial interactions and taking delivery of the vehicle I have not been able to get a call back from Jesse and no one answers my calls to the main office. Under 30 days into ownership and my check engine light came on. I have called, texted, and now emailed for weeks. Hopefully a team member will do the right thing and get back to me before this escalates. Original review Wally and Jesse did phenomenal job helping me get into my latest vehicle. Jesse staid in constant communication, even during the holidays. Wally was key to everything getting done. They both couldn't have been more helpful. To say that I had my share of bumps and bruises dealing with Nissan when ending my lease would be an understatement. Despite it all, Wally walked my through a lot of Nissan's hoops and obstacles. He advised me on any and all aspects that could affect the process. I lost track of the amount of conversations had and messages exchanged. Even with my Nissan challenges, Wally and Jesse staid supportive. Without them there's no way I would've made it to the finish line and into my new vehicle.

Thank you Jessy & Wally! It was a refreshing surprise to find people in this industry that dedicate themselves to the fundamentals. I drove from New York State to make this deal. Jessy was fair to negotiate with, presenting a vehicle with an A+ carfax. Additionally Jessy made sure the lift was available for my own personal visual inspection of the vehicle prior to delivery. Wally was personable and clearly brought his wealth of business and dealership experience to the table. Wally it was a pleasure to meet and connect with you. Your professionalism and experience did not go unnoticed, it greatly helped the deal move to delivery! Jessy brings excellent customer care and clear communication to the table. Most importantly Jessy is hungry to build reputation. His behavior, communications, & actions have overwhelmingly demonstrated that he wants the best for his customers. If you buy a vehicle from Jessy & Wally…. Jessy keeps you well informed on delivery date. Then follows up on everything. Wally ensures the delivery is seamless, transparent, & positive. Both of them have a chemistry that produces A+ auto picks from auctions!!! Their in-house mechanic uses high quality parts and produces high quality work for auto repairs. I think it is because he has a great eye for detail. Knowing what, high quality & high value products to choose (no one likes doing the same job twice)! Getting to the point, I highly recommend the team. It was a pleasure meeting all three of you!!!

Update………I guess after seeing this Jesse decided to follow the courts order. Even though he was late the check just show up UPS over night. I’m done with this business and would not recommend it to anyone. He took advantage of an elderly person on this transaction I purchased a H2 Hummer in October of 2023. It took 10 days for delivery . A day and a half later the brake line went and I lost my brakes. They came and towed it. Another 8 days without a vehicle so I had to pay to rent a car. Once I did get it back I took it for an inspection sticker FAILED. I called them right away and Nicole said she would have someone call me back. After days of waiting and no call back I took it to my mechanic and fixed the problem that was once again keeping me from driving it due to a safety issue. I paid for that out of my pocket. Now in order to get an inspection sticker I still needed over 2000.00 more in work done. One being I had no emergency brake. I texted them the bill I paid along with what still needed to be down. Followed up with a phone call once again. They will call you back. That call never came. I called a television station to help but they would never return their calls. Than I got in touch with the DA here in NH. They did finally responded to him, with a page full of lies. Now it was onto Small Claims court. I filed on 1-2-2024. After several go arounds the court finally ordered Jesse to pay me 1233.41 in damages. And to pay me by 7-24-24. Just as the call backs never came, neither did the check. Even though the 1200.00 comes no were near the loss I took. It would have helped ease the burden a little bit. I guess I will never see the check, just like I never seen the call backs I had to sell the Hummer for 1/2 of what I paid for it I could not get a sticker and it was falling apart when I was driving down the road. It was a very unsafe vehicle even though they claim to have down a full safety check on it.

Jesse and Wally were great to work with. They both are very professional and personable. I had a much better experience purchasing with Affordable Motor Group than any dealership I've been to in the past. If you're looking for a vehicle that looks and runs like new but don't want to pay the sticker price of a new vehicle, check out the many luxury vehicles on their lot. You will not be disapppointed. Jesse and Wally, you're going to need a larger lot to carry your inventory.

My names charlie and i was trying to get approved for a white wrx and Wally was very patient and understanding because it was my first time buying a car. They worked within my price range and were very kind even though there were complications with my loan and i lived an hour and a half away. One of them being I had to be at my job longer. They both assured me they were gonna hold the car till i was ready to buy it. I ended up canceling it for personal reasons but nothing on their end. If you are looking for a car definitely consider this place they have a big selection for a small dealership. Thank you guys again if you see this.👍
