I really don’t like writing bad reviews , but I really don’t want to see someone lose there hard earned money , the lady who took care of the paper work was very nice and genuine , on the other hand , the sales guy, a con man for sure , the first red flag was when he was pressing me to pick what van to get , in the moment , I needed a van to live in , I just crashed my truck and I don’t have a place to stay in LA . I bought a Mercedes sprinter van from them , one he told was good . I test drive it everything’s good , I bought the van cash , as I’m walking out , he says “drive it easy, it’s missing a bolt and may leak coolant “ mind you after I bought the van , maybe 2 weeks go by , the coolant light comes on , I go under the van , sure enough there is a main bolt missing out of the “egr” , how did it last for 2 weeks I have no idea , it looks to me the mechanic broke a bolt off putting the egr on , they also told me they put a brand new egr in , I go back to tell them what’s happening, since I bought the car cash and “as is “ there’s nothing they can do but refer me to the mechanic who did a half ass job. Please please please do not spend your hard earned money with them , I’m sure they do have some good vehicles. But the sales guy knew what was up downplayed the situation to make the sale. Like I said I feel bad even writing this review because the lady seemed very nice and genuine. To fix this part the whole engine has to be taken out and the bolt has to be taken out and rethreeaded , thankfully I know some about mechanics , but just imagine someone who knows nothing about cars and buys something from them. You’ll have better luck buying off a random of Facebook marketplace .
