My vehicle service visit went very well. Steve Pacheco, my service advisor was great to deal with. He was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. He keep me updated to the progress of my service. And, everything was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this dealership for all your automotive needs.
Jackson Smith is THE best Cadillac service counselor out there: bar none! He cares about his customers and spends the time to truly understand their concerns (versus, for example, just assuming like other counselors typically do). I just wish LN Cadillac had more inventory of available Escalades because, unfortunately, our last two Escalades were purchased at Tustin Cadillac and their customer service is non-existent (literally).
I had a great experience with the service department, thanks to Jackson Smith. He was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Jackson took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the service process was smooth and stress free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend asking for Jackson if you need service at this dealership.
Past 2 times I’ve had my car in for service, I’ve had had issues. First time I was in for a routine oil change, however, the service tech never reset the oil gauge. This most recent service, I brought my car in as the washer fluid pump was not working, when I got my car back, the washer fluid light was on. Obviously not huge issues in either case, but also seems like pretty standard practice to make sure there aren’t warning lights still on post servicing.
Jackson Smith always provides excellent communication setting diagnosis and cost expectations with continued updates of repair status. He’s always pleasant and friendly. The ladies at the desk assisting with paperwork and loaner vehicles are also very friendly and efficient. I was pleased with how quickly the repair work was done getting me back on the road with my vehicle.
