These guys are a very knowledgeable, and actually do what they sell. They don’t just sell overlanding rigs and don get out themselves. They actually use the products they recommend & sell, on their personal rigs. I have gotten a decent bit of work done on my FJ with them and at no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase of belittled for not knowing everything. I have always had high horsepower coupes, so a big old 4x4 was very foreign to me. I came to them with a canvas and they helped me create exactly what I wanted. I will admit they aren’t the cheapest guys around, but for something like this. Do you really want the cheapest guys? They are reasonable, and efficient with what they do. It’s difficult to find quality small businesses anymore, but with Adventure Motors they’re one of the best at what they do.
My first foray into upgrading my FJ suspension and frame repair/maintenance. They were very professional and detail oriented. Easy going atmosphere and they explain all upgrades and maintenance in effort to educate you in the process. Got my 2012 FJ new Bilsteins shocks with 2” lift, new control arms, frame repair for a rust hole and the whole underbody sprayed and coated to keep it healthy going forward. Cool spot highly recommend if you’re upgrading your truck in anyway as beginner or advanced. Lonnie and Drake were great work with, will be back for any future upgrades/repairs. Best of all , the truck drives great, and work is done right the first time.
