Just purchased a new used truck from Dick Hanna Acura of Portland. Though car shopping is not my favorite thing to do, the staff were wonderful and made for a low stress purchase. While there are almost always upsale attempts during the car buying process (it’s what good sales people do) they took “no” for an answer without a bunch of unnecessary pushback. Anthony and Jeramy were both very professional and eager to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
Best car buying experience I've had! Tyler our sales guy was great and so patience. Jacob was our finance guy, he was 5 stars, Acura exceeded my expectations. Now I know your questioning why 4 out of 5 stars if thats the case, well unfortunately the car i fell in love with had not gone through service so after signing at 4 I was stuck there until after 7pm waiting and told my new car would be detailed. Which it was but the job was very poor. Sticky spilled soda was left in the back cup holders, fingerprints all over, and food were found in my new car. After spending over 30k and being at Acura for over 7hours, I expected more. I did mention this to Jacob when he called to follow up and he did apologize up and down and said he would contact his manager to inform them of this issue but it was gross cleaning someone else's mess out of my new car. However, everything else was on-point!
