I had been researching for a few weeks and knew more or less what I wanted. I arrived when they opened, I was the first person there. What I really appreciated was not being swarmed by salespeople. I was able to look around the showroom for a bit and a salesperson did eventually approach me. We chatted a bit, told him what I wanted to see. He was very polite, asked me if I would prefer to browse alone or he would walk me around. I felt immediately at ease because what I didn't want was a fast paced, overly aggressive sales pitch. He found the car that I wanted, we took it for a test drive and I was in love. The process took 2 hours from start to finish. I was so impressed with the dealership, the staff.
