Purchased a 2002 Mini Coop with 57K miles from them. They did some significant maintenance and repairs to make sure I had the perfect experience. I fell in love with Mini Coopers because of the car I left the lot with! They also have excellent rates for maintenance and I will always go to them first. For any women looking for a car, these guys are awesome and will treat you with respect, something I didn't get a lot of from other dealerships. They took care of all our concerns and also fixed other things like replaced front brakes we didn't know about. We were very pleased with their service. We've been looking for a vehicle for almost two months now and I have to say some places are better than others. We've been here a couple of times now and each time we have visited not one sales person has come out to greet us and ask if we needed any help. There were a few vehicles we liked but the milage not to mention the price was crazy. Don't know how dealerships can sell cars with such high mileage for such a high price and call themselves reputable. But who knows right? Just my opinion. However I do suggest that they pay more attention to people when they show up to look at what they have. A customer who's not greeted may be a customer lost.
