Randy and Mo were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and truly went above and beyond to enhance my car-buying experience. I had many questions, and they patiently answered all of them. Randy presented me with different options, which helped me make the right decision. Mo explained all the features of the car and was very friendly. During the test drive, Mo made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I had an appointment for my work (fleet) vehicle at 9AM. Standard service and I informed them of a rough ride. I didn’t hear anything all day so I called them around 3PM. I was told that they had just put in the request for approval to the fleet company and nothing had been done. They had the vehicle all day and did nothing but put in a request for the service to be approved. They told me it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. They tried telling me because it was a fleet vehicle and the work needed approval was why it was taking so long. I drive 1000 miles a week and have this vehicle in for service every month, so while yes, it needs approval, it never takes long at all unless the shop doesn’t put in enough information. So that was nonsense. Mind you, this is my office on wheels and can’t do my job without it. So basically I went from having the day planned for service to not being able to work an additional day because of their incompetence. Appointments are useless at this dealership and communication is nonexistent unless you initiate it. I requested for their GM to give me a call to discuss and was told they would call me back because they were with another customer. They didn’t. In my opinion, this is a horrible dealership I won’t be going back to in the future.
