We had a great experience at Blasius Kia. the experience was seamless from start to finish. Our on line rep Elliott Sciongay, who we negotiated a stress-free OTD price with, was very professional and did not make us feel pressure to buy. We felt very comfortable with the negotiation process. When we arrived at the dealership to sign the paperwork we were greeted by Aaron Hunter. Aaron helped us finalized the deal. He was was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He answered all our questions, walked us through all the paperwork, the operation of the vehicle, and ensured we understood what was being presented to us. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Mark Deal, the sales Manager. He was the one who accepted our deal and was also supernice. Mark made it a point to come out to introduce himself, say hello, and ask us if there was anything else he could do for us. Great Customer Service!
