Sick of seeing good people with bad credit turned down repeatedly at the chance to buy a car, Sam decided then and there that bad credit should not be a life sentence, but instead a catalyst for life change and he set out to do something about it.
Let’s talk about how I spent 6 hours at enterprise. To walk away with nothing. Spent less than 3 hours at ABC motor credit and walked out with the suv of my dreams. Bad credit and a repo on my credit check and they still worked with me. Shamika was amazing. Probably the nicest person I have met in a long time. And if you’re complaining… remember you are buying a USED car. Not their responsibility to fix it. They let you test drive it before you leave. This isn’t a car dealership with all brand new cars. You obviously don’t have great credit so yeah, the car payments are going to be super high. I love my car. Not a fan of the payment but then again I made my bed when I screwed up my credit
I am quite upset with the way the business was handled. My vehicle was not serviced before it was given to me the bearings are bad as well as the strut on the passenger’s side. The engine makes a horrible noise when the car is idling, the ac does not work nor does the plugs in the vehicle, I called the warranty department and they refused me a loaner while it gets fixed . This was an all around bad experience for me I’m very disappointed.

The ABC Motor Credit Team, Latrice, Percy and their boss took great care of me, buuut I was told that I had 3 TV's, I only have 1, there is 3 places for TVs, but only one has a TV screen in it🤔 Then OMG the finance company started harassing me immediately the next day after I got the car. On the day that my payment was due, it was only 9:53 am and they were calling and texting me telling me that the payment was declined, they didn't even give the money enough time to hit my card. Then I told them that my payday is Friday, but the bank offers early pay, buuut if the job doesn't do the paperwork early enough early pay might not be guaranteed. But since Friday is my definite payday that day is guaranteed, and this was a problem. I appreciate being able to get a car, but being harassed and I've only had the car since the 10th... Fskw.
I am a returning customer and Allen Hale and his mfg Al did a great job for me. I got an equinox here 2 years ago and he got me a great upgrade!! I appreciate everyone here for working so hard to get me a new family car!!
