Great used cars and reasonably prices. I worked with Tom and left with a clean car. Had a problem soon after, talked to him, mechanic determined bad brake, It was fixed with no hassle, cost or argue! A&B stands by their cars with honesty. NOT a rip off like so many other lots are
Very disappointed with this company. They knew I was in a very vulnerable and tough situation needing a vehicle for work asap. They sold me a re built title van at the same price as a van that hasn’t been re built (double the price it should have been). The van also didn’t come with a warranty and a week later the vans transmission started slipping. I understand I didn’t have to buy it but this was my last hope and would have most likely lost my job if I didn’t just get the van. There was multiple vans on the lot that were cheaper and better that they could have helped me get. Instead I ended up spending everything I had and I’m stuck paying off a vehicle that put me back in the same position I was in originally of almost losing my job again because having a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars to fix again.
I stopped by the lot on a Sunday seen a Van I was interested in, went back on Monday Dave showed me a few of the Vans I decided I really liked one and Dave was able to get me into that Van. Dave was very pleasant to deal with and was no pressure. I have already given one of my friends A&Bs number so he can get himself into a new Van/Truck
I didn't have a great experience with them at all. My mom referred me to them after hearing about them on 102.7 and I felt very confident about doing business with them. The truck I purchased as soon as I got it home started having issues & I had to take it right back to their shop and the loaner car they provided me was awful. My truck spent the first 2 months of me having it in the shop back and forth because they couldn't fix it. My sales person was Hope and she was far from helpful after completing the sale and didn't even take time to see how everything went even after me explaining to her the truck stalled out and did a dead stop on the freeway with my son in the vehicle. The guy who runs their shop on groesbeck was extremely rude to me. I spoke with Al a couple times who seemed extremely nice and promised he would help me but after continuos problems I couldn't get back in contact with him. I called there mechanic and not to long ago and explained I was still having the same problems he said he fixed and he told me he would call me back to get me a appointment and never called me back. Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership! Wouldn't recommend them!
Great experience purchasing a vehicle through them they really went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine and to help me out with anything I needed highly recommend!
