Kelly was fantastic to deal with on the purchase of a new 2023 Plum Crazy Dodge Demon 170. My boyfriend and I purchased a used vehicle from here back in July 2025. Took it for a test drive and everything was great. Brought it home and the next day the engine light came on. Had a family member run a test of what it was causing the light to come on and it came up with a misfire code. So we did a tune up thinking that would help. It didn’t. Car started shaking bad and light was always on. It had only been about 2 days after leaving the dealership with the car. Called the dealership because there is a warranty on the car and they said there was nothing they could do. Took it to a shop and it has been there since. After multiple oil changes and checking everything they found nothing but sludge in the engine meaning the previous owners never got oil changes according to the car shop. Now the car needs a whole new engine. We called the dealership back to see what could be done with the warranty but they keep saying that nothing can be done. So not only do we have to pay for the work that’s been done already trying to figure out what was wrong with it now we have to pay for a whole new engine. I believe the light was shut off when we purchased the vehicle and that it was a known problem because the sludge didn’t happen in the 2 days we had the car. It’s terrible that these places do this to people but then expect them to keep paying their payments when we haven’t been able to use the car since July. Looking into getting a lawyer involved because this place is scamming people and screwing them over. I’m sure we’re not the only ones this has happened to.

I was very pleased with my experience a very nice gentleman named Matt called me back after using the app looking for a decent vehicle for cheap until my insurance company. Figures out what they want to do with My vehicle. That had an accelerator problem and took off out of control and hitting the curb. I’m so thankful everyone was OK and I did not hit anyone else but my insurance company has had my vehicle for a month and three weeks and I’ve been without a vehicle I told him I wasn’t working and did not have much but he was able to come up with a couple options for me. Let me test drive them, was very polite and patient with me we’ve been talking for a couple weeks now I finally purchased an 04 Buick LeSabre that they had on their used car lot. A lot of the vehicles are trade-ins so they are as is so keep that in mind, but I drove an 1 H & 40 minutes home from their location and it drove straight and I had no problems. Of course it has a few minor problems with some gauges that could possibly just be a bad fuse but it doesn’t affect the way the vehicle drove.
