I was very confused in signing in at the kiosk but the laboratory agent assisted me, guided me to each department on regards to the certificado de Salud. Each agent assisted me with such a welcoming experience. I will definitely recommend this location.
Dr. Betancourt refuses to give me a referral for physical therapy unless I apply for Medicaid, which I'm not eligible for, and still she refuses to help me get physical therapy. Their ER is super slow. Waiting more than an hour to be seen by a nurse.
As a first time visitor, didn't know what to expect. I was very surprised when arrived. Was received by an attentive & professional receptionist who helped me with the process. Nurses were excellent and easy to communicate with, they really heard me as I explained my situation. Dr. Febo was really professional, took time to better know me and explain my alternatives to deal with my health issues. I'm very grateful for their service & support. Thanks & Happy Holidays!
