A not very pleasant experience for me, selling my car to this place. I got ripped of and never got payed for my car. I was payed through check and deposited it the day after. Everything seemed fine until a few days later when the check bounced and I couldn't get hold of Jonny or anyone else for days. This is over a month ago now and I still haven't been payed. I wasn't able to come by for payment in cash so Jonny was gonna transfer payment to my bank account. This never happened. I continued asking for payment and he offered to pay thorugh Venmo. Still no money. I realized that I'd been ripped of, was never gonna see the money and that they stole the car.
This used to be a 5 star review. Not now. It was only good during the purchase. If you're ever planning on buying a car in the LA area, DO NOT go to 1 Stop Auto Sales and Finance! We bought a 2011 MINI Cooper S from them on February 26th of this year. I forgot my license down there when I made the purchase, that's on me. I texted and called Jonny on numerous occasions to try and get it back, and he assured me it had been put in the mail. Okay, cool. Months go by, nothing. He starts ignoring my calls and not answering. I finally drive down there June 8th, and magically he finds it in his office. "Oh, it must have gotten returned in the mail." Yeah, okay. Then, June 27th, I get a letter in the mail from the company I'd gotten an extended warranty through. Because the car hadn't been registered in my name, they voided the warranty. I'm supposed to get in contact with the company I financed through and get a refund for the amount. I call them, they try and can't get ahold of Jonny either. Well, that's suspicious. Now, almost 7 months later, I still haven't gotten my registration for this car. Initially I was told because of COVID it would take longer, and God knows California is slow as hell to begin with. I do a VIN search this morning, and the MINI is still titled in Arizona. IT HAS NEVER BEEN REGISTERED TO ME. Basically, I've been paying for a vehicle for 7 months that doesn't even belong to me. I keep trying to call and text Jonny at 1 Stop. You guessed it, no answer, no response to my texts or emails... looks like I'm going to legal Monday to find out what my legal options are. Did I mention the MINI I bought has an engine that blew up and is now sitting in my garage? Can't use the warranty I bought because it was voided because Jonny never submitted my paperwork. So I have a completely dead car, no way to fix it, and the person who sold it to me won't respond to answer why I'm not the legal owner and paying for a car I don't technically own. Don't ever go to 1 Stop, even if you have literally no other choice.
I honestly don’t recommend anyone to come to this place it’s being run by shady Armenians I had put a deposit of 1900 on a car and I had called the owner to give a picture of the contract and waited all day and never gave me a call so I decided not to have the deal and I told them I wanted my money back which they never gave back it is ILLEGAL! Not to receive your deposit back and they just sat there not caring this place is awful no one should come here ever
Great group of guys, I was in need of a car for long distance commuting, walked I'm here, and left with a Toyota Camry the same day. They helped me with financing and the car is great!!!
This place is trash, they scam people and sell lemons and then don't do anything to compromise for their dirty business practices. Stay away from this place unless you love throwing away money!!!! If I could give a negative star I would but you have to put one in order to post
