Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a Sierra AT4 that was certified preowned with a clean carfax. Long story short, got bumped and scratched a bit recently - the repair shop uncovered that my truck was previously in a significant collision. The entire passenger side was filled with SIGNIFICANT body filler, floor rail was bent, and door reshaped. This vehicle took a major hit to the side and it was sold clean and certified. Even after giving Cochran the opportunity to make it right, they justified that they would have no issue certifying the truck again. Would GM want dealers certifying vehicles that looked like mine in the pictures below? Absurd and appalled at this dealership. Matt tried to make it better by offering a trade at $5K under KBB value and claiming that it's reasonable because of "tax savings". Will be working with GM directly and presenting my inspectors findings.

I am posting this review after observing my fiancé experience what appears to be a serious failure of disclosure and certification standards at this dealership. He purchased a GMC Sierra AT4 that was represented as Certified Pre-Owned with a clean Carfax. This was not just a routine purchase, it was his dream truck, one he was genuinely excited and proud to own, and a vehicle he believed he could trust given the certification and representations made at the time of sale. Following a recent minor incident, an independent, reputable repair facility uncovered evidence that the vehicle had previously sustained substantial collision damage. Findings included extensive body filler across the entire passenger side, a bent floor rail, and a reshaped door—conditions consistent with a significant side-impact collision. Despite these findings, the vehicle had been sold as certified. When given the opportunity to address the issue, dealership representatives stated they would have no issue certifying the vehicle again in its current condition. This position raises serious concerns about the integrity of their certification process and the protections consumers reasonably rely on when purchasing a certified vehicle. The proposed “resolution” was a trade-in offer approximately $5,000 below KBB value, justified by alleged tax savings rather than the undisclosed structural damage. This response did not meaningfully address the underlying issue of a materially damaged vehicle being sold as certified without disclosure. All documentation, including the independent inspection report and photographs, is being submitted to GM for review. Consumers should be aware that “certified” and “clean Carfax” may not reflect a vehicle’s true condition when purchasing from this dealership. I strongly recommend independent inspections and heightened due diligence before relying on representations made here.

The manager Matt was great to work with! He helped my wife and I purchase a 2017 Suburban. He worked with us on the price and financing. Easy in and out with everything! We owned the car for 2 days, came across some brake issues and calle them us, we have faith they will tke care of us. Highly recommend
