I've had great experience at Triumph of Seattle. Have purchased a bike there and have two bikes serviced there- and have purchased gear and parts, etc. Positive helpful staff and a friendly atmosphere. Particularly want to appreciate Paige in Service who recovered a lost item from the parking lot and held it for me on one occasion, and who also recently hooked me up with a mechanic without an appointment to correct an issue late on a Saturday. Unusual to get that kind of service anywhere, anymore. Glad for the human experience. Thank you, Paige!
