*PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE SERVICING YOUR BIKE HERE*. Here's my story. I found I had some recalls available on my 2021 Yamaha MT09SP. I have heard good things from friends about Clem's before and I enjoy Enumclaw and try to promote business in the town when I can, I figured I could trust them enough to perform the work as they are a Yamaha certified dealership... I sure was wrong. My experience didn't go south until I picked up the bike on 9/13/25. I didn't think much of it at the time and hopped on my bike and left (My mistake in not checking, to note I also thought it was weird the bike was out back in the parking lot with the key in it? Weird). I didn't notice till I got home and got off my bike when I happened to notice a scratch on the frame that wasn't there before. I got to looking around to find more scratches on the frame and chips out of the tank as well. I immediately called Clem's and sent photos to their email. About 2 weeks go by and I got an email back saying they were not going to take responsibility for the damage to the frame as the service did not involve any framework, but didn't mention anywhere in the email about the tank damage (pretty much admitting fault to the tank damage). The only thing Clem's offered was getting a touch-up paint pen which is hysterical and a stab in the gut when you don't think things can get worse. My bike as my friends and family know was in perfect condition prior to this and even have photos from the bike the week before. I am upset with the damages of course but would have been understanding given some sympathy or give me a reasonable resolution. The scratches in the photos are clearly from carelessness and damage created from some sharp tool or objects. I reached out to a lawyer to see what their recommended path was which was filing a claim with my own insurance company where I ended up with ~3000$ worth of damage and having to have a claim go against me and 500$ deductible. I will never recommend anyone to provide business here.
Bruce made my wife and I feel very comfortable on our very first visit into a facility of this type. We didn’t even really know what we wanted but wanted to start getting involved with the outdoors and motorsports and Bruce was so kind and patient with us. He made sure we didn’t overlook any options and explained the differences in the vehicles which was huge in allowing me to make the ultimate choice and what I wanted. He took care of everything for us start to finish and made the process super fun and easy. look for him if you’re even thinking about an outdoor motorsport product!
I need to take a moment and give Brandon, who is the Service Manager and Mitch, who is an installer / shop mechanic a huge compliment. They both have been so easy to work with and go the extra mile to make certain that the customer is taken care of. This is one of the many reasons why I keep coming back to Clems, and trust this business/dealership!
Parts kid was just that, God bless him for wanting a job and showing , when you have to explain about a drive belt and clutch tool to replace belt.... There is a serious disconnect... He was very polite tho ..
The sales experience was very easy. I came in from a three hour drive after filing online for financing and was in and out. That’s the only positive thing I can say. I try to make it a point to not leave bad reviews but this is a motorized vehicle and not a poorly made takeout order. I asked Brennan if the bike needed ANY service and I was told that the bike had already been looked at by the service team and was ready to go. I insisted on a double inspection since I was coming from out of town to pickup. He said that he would have the bike looked over again. I called later in the week to make sure everything was good and was told everything was solid. My down payment had made it in the mail and the bike had been looked over. Good to go. I noticed on the first day that the oil was low+dark, easy enough but bummed I’m spending $60 on something that I tried to be sure of would be taken cared of. Later in the week I saw that the forks had been leaking enough to have a spot on my garage floor. When picking up the bike I did look around for any fluid leaks but I did not see any. I’m betting the folks at Clem’s wiped the bike down to hide the issues. Now I’m the proud owner of a bike that needs new fork seals! About $500 to get serviced! There are huge safety issues that are involved with fork fluid leaking onto the brakes. I would not recommend Clem’s Powersports to anyone.

Buying a snowmobile from Clem's Enumclaw Powersports in Enumclaw, Washington? Use this checklist to avoid costly surprises.
Inspect the track and slides
Lay the sled on its side and check the track for cracks, missing lugs, or cuts. Pull the track away from the slides and check for wear groove depth — worn slides increase drive noise and reduce efficiency.
Check the hood and tunnel for damage
Cracks in the hood or tunnel can signal a past crash. Look for mismatched or faded plastic, which often means replacement panels were installed after damage.
Inspect the carbides and skis
Carbide runners on the ski underside provide steering. Worn carbides (less than 3/16" remaining) reduce handling on packed snow. Ski replacement is inexpensive, but factor it into your offer.
Check coolant and oil
Pull the coolant reservoir cap and oil tank dipstick. Milky coolant signals water contamination. Low or dirty oil signals deferred maintenance. Ask ${dealerName} for service records.
Ask about storage and season history
A properly stored snowmobile — fuel stabilized, fogged engine, battery maintained — will start and run far better than one that sat neglected. Ask Clem's Enumclaw Powersports about the unit's storage and riding history.
Snowmobile financing is seasonal. Knowing the basics helps you get the best deal at Clem's Enumclaw Powersports in Enumclaw, Washington before the riding season starts.
Typical Loan Terms
24 to 60 months is typical for snowmobile loans.
Down Payment
10% to 20% down is standard. Off-season purchases sometimes qualify for promotional rates.
Pro Tip
Get pre-approved by your bank before visiting Clem's Enumclaw Powersports — it gives you a rate to compare against dealer financing.
Manufacturer finance programs (Ski-Doo, Polaris, Arctic Cat) often offer zero-interest or low-rate deals in the off-season. Ask Clem's Enumclaw Powersports what programs are currently available. Buying in spring or summer often yields better financing deals than buying in fall.
