I initially went to Tacoma Motorsports in order to avoid ordering online and when I showed up on 12/30 I was helped by a pretty knowledgeable staff who helped me find the best universal top case for my Yamaha Riva. Ended up ordering a Givi top case and was told that if I brought my scooter that they would help install for fit in case they needed to return it. I got a call back on 1/9 that they had received it and to pick it up. Today 1/10 I come in and receive the top case. I was told to talk to the Service department to ask them to install. The service department front desk person told me that they could not install, could not loan me any tools, and the best they could do is offer bungee cords to secure it to the scooter. I mention that the sales department said that they told me to bring the scooter so it could be installed and was still told no. I go back to the front and sales is surprised is that I was told no, but none of the other employees at the front offered to help so I had to install it myself. Thankfully the only nice employee Denise offered me the missing tool I needed in order to complete the install and understood my frustration. No point in ordering from here if I get worse treatment than ordering from Amazon and installing myself at home with my tools.
Bought my first-ever motorcycle from Tacoma Motorsports. Noah Stanley was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping me choose the best fit for my riding style. Needless to say, I'm addicted to the thrill of the ride and will probably be returning for a second bike.
Purchased another dirt bike for my grandson and again had a really good experience. This is my 5th Honda here in the last 6 years or so. Nathan was really easy to work with and although I believe he’s new to sales he did a really good job and treated me well. Amy helped out and was also very pleasant. I had the most incredible experience buying my new 2025 Honda Rebel 1100 from Tacoma Motorsports! I called on Friday to inquire about a specific model, and Eric was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He confirmed that the bike was in stock and even had the paperwork ready to go for when the dealership opened on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I rolled into the dealership, and Eric greeted me with a smile. We went over the bike, answered all my questions, and before I knew it, I was signing the papers and riding out of the dealership in under an hour! The process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free. The best part? Every single person in sales, service, and paperwork, treated me with respect and kindness. So often a woman walks into a motorsports place and they are talked down to, or written off, but every person I interacted with in the process treated me just like one of the guys.
