Drove out from New York and had a great experience with dealing with TA Motorsports. Dealt with Rich the owner great customer service. Asked for some suspension adjustments before we took the snowmobile and everything was done exactly like I wanted.
They were willing to look for, and track down the exact snowmobile I was looking for. Other dealers who were closer to me simply said they were unavailable and didn’t take the extra effort to look for one. Very happy with the service they provided!! 👍👍
Not necessarily a dealer issue but a Yuasa battery issue. Bought a battery there 1 year and 1 month ago. I noticed the battery was shot a couple months ago but didn't get time to take it out and verify it until now. 1 year and 1 month later. Battery is total junk. Warranty will not do anything to cover it. 2nd Yuasa battery junk in a total of 4 year span. Save yourself money and buy the cheaper battery (weize), I tried one of those in a different ATV. It's going on 3 years and still going strong. The 3 stars is because I think as a dealer, they could have at least tried to call Yuasa or offer a discounted new battery. $224 for 1 year is ridiculous.
Drove from Michigan to purchase a sled from them and was not disappointed at all. Smooth transaction with knowledgeable folks there along with great stock of accessories, parts and garments. Top notch place!
