Originally Precision Honda®, South Bound Motorsports was founded over 37 years ago and Charlie held it for over 20 years until he sold the store to Dale and Vicky in 2005. Just bought another new bike from South Bound Motorsports. This will be our 4th between my Wife and I. Great people to work with! This round I had Bret Hansen in Sales hook up a great deal! He ordered me a new bike and had it in a week! To top it all off, the rest of the Team came together and got my bike assembled quickly, and even pulled a 'rabbit out of the hat' to get all of my additional components installed and ready to ride! Without the whole Team coming together like that, there was no way my bike would have been ready so quickly! The whole Team there is great in every department! Shout out to Vince, Travis, Curtis and Tim! Truly appreciate you guys for getting me on the road
I got in the next day for a 15,000 mile motorcycle maintenance stop. I was provided a quote up front. The service person also gave me the winter hourly service rate. They took exactly 3 hours to complete the service which was exactly what they said they would need. The service person checked in with me two to three times during my wait. The service experience was pleasurable and easy. I will be happy to bring my bike back for the next service.
Master mechanic Travis was awesome! He came out from the back, shared some great info about my bikes, and even pointed out some excellent gear. I really appreciate the top-notch service—I'll definitely be back!
I cannot say enough great things about JR at South Bound Bremerton. I was ready to buy a 2025 Ninja 650 and after getting an outrageous out-the-door quote from my local dealership (return customer, they were trying to get $2+K for freight/set-up hoping I wouldn't notice!) I get a call from JR as I had sent out a few inquiries about the same 2025 to other dealerships. I explained my situation to JR, was up front with what the other dealership was offering, what my counter was, and that I still hadn't heard back from them. JR was understanding, patient, and quite honestly gave me an out-the-door I just couldn't turn down. But it wasn't just that. I live a ferry ride and an additional 2 hours away from South Bound and the customer service and respect JR gave me just over the phone was worth every minute of the trip over to pick up my 2026 Ninja 650. As long as JR can get it, I will be buying all my future vehicles for myself and my kids from him. I also want to shout out Jamie in finance. She hooked me up with a local bank that got me a better interest rate than the standard Kawi 8.99% because she actually took the time to look around. And shout out to Kevin, the owner. He was actually out on the floor and I was able to introduce myself to him. I look forward to bringing out my group for their bike nights this upcoming 2026 season.
My son needed repair work done to his Stark Varg dirt bike. The customer service and repair work here was top notch. They went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of and went above and beyond for us. I really appreciate all the communication and all their help to make sure that the dirt bike got back in a timely fashion to my son. We will for sure return in the future.
